Development of 2 interactive installations for Eni
Interactive Wall
The wall has 4 interactive touch stations. On each station, the user will see little video previews moving from the bottom to the top of the wall. When the user touches a video, a media player appears in the center of the station, showing a list of related videos, and allowing the user to create his own customized playlist.
The wall was made with Christie Led Videowall technology and a touchscreen frame was used to make it interactive. The resolution and the size of the installation (4x2m) have made it a duty to study resources optimizations.

Interactive Table
The table is a 4K screen divided into 4 stations. Each workstation is a visual desk, where you can browse folders containing photos and documents of the company. The selected documents appear distributed on the table, and it is possible to save them for later reading, as well as reaordering and view them fullscreen.
Frontend
The frontend was made in Unity. Great effort has been devoted to the study of usability, optimization of the user interface and frontend-backend communication, to make it as automatic as possible. Moreover, a lot of customization tools and parameters has been realized, in order to allow an on-site customization of the experience, to perfectly adapt virtual objects size and colours to real-world screens and panels.
Backend
Both stations are also equipped with a backend side, which allows the frontend to synchronize the multimedia content present on the wall or on the table. Through a webApp it is possible to modify videos, subtitles, tags, documents, etc. and the changes will be immediately synchronized with the interactive installations, asynchronously. The backend part was entirely made by BWave.
This project has been realized in collaboration withBWave and 101%.
