Amazon VR Experience is a unique VR Multiplayer experience. Unlike the "classic" multiplayer, in which players participate in the game from different places, this time the players share the same space, a common room: each player sees the other as an astronaut, and they can touch each other both within the VR simulation and in reality!
It is one of the first experiences of this type presented in Italy: sharing the same space allows players to participate in the same mission, greatly increasing involvement and multiplying the possibilities for interaction and fun.
This type of experience is very suitable for the promotion of brands in big events: the participants have fun and come across a collective experience never tried before. The experience itself can be customized as required by the customer: insertion of the logo in strategic points, contextualized environment, etc. and it is possible to expand the interaction area as desired.

The theme chosen for this experience is the moon landing, on the occasion of its fiftieth anniversary: the players will have to cooperate with each other to solve puzzles and complete the mission, set on the moon.
Much of the effort was devoted to studying usability and interaction among users, to create an engaging, entertaining and visually striking experience. An external guide voice suggests players how to cooperate and solve the enigmas that appear in the environment around them: in this way even those who have never experienced virtual reality are able to actively participate in the coleltive experience.
The project was carried out in collaboration with OSC Innovations, in 2 months of development, and presented as a temporary installation within the Amazon XMas San Babila event, from 11/27 to 12/12 2019, in Milan, Porta Venezia (here more details on the event).
